Our mission is to provide high quality, professional legal advice to domestic and foreign natural and legal persons, before courts or other Croatian governmental authorities.
In addition to acting as counsel in various types of proceedings (civil litigation and non-contentious proceedings, criminal, commercial, estate and other matters), our office strives to devote particular attention to individual clients by way of consultations, advisory and legal opinions. Most frequently, you would find us useful providing services in the fields of civil and commercial law, but also in resolving corporate status issues, drafting commercial and other contracts, resolving land register and other real estate matters…
We assist our clients in exercising their right to damages caused by traffic accidents or work-related injuries. Our notable achievements are also those in the field of labor law and other related legal areas. We also act as in-court defense attorneys in criminal law cases, especially those related to traffic offenses.
We take pride in approaching each of our clients and problems they have with utmost diligence, taking into account all the particularities of the case, as well as its confidentiality. Our professional commitment to resolve our clients’ legal issues is full and without reserve: we are prepared to use all lawful means to achieve the success to the fullest possible extent.
The fact that we favor hiring young legal professionals has to date resulted in grooming more than 40 law graduates, during their traineeship, for a successful pass at the bar exam, and their subsequent positioning in various high-profile companies, governmental bodies, courts or as independent attorneys. We will therefore continue giving young lawyers an opportunity to get appropriate education and hands-on experience. In our practice, from the very beginning as independent lawyers, and as partners in a law firm, we have acted in accordance with the principles of ethics and morality, with the highest values of the Croatian legal system in mind.
